We offer a wide variety of portable buildings, including Lofted Barns, Side Lofted Barns, Utility Sheds, Garages, Cabins, and more. Each style can be customized to fit your needs.
Our buildings range from 6′ x 10′ up to 16′ x 60′.
Widths: 8′, 10′, 12′, 14′, and 16′.
Lengths: Measured front-to-back on the floor platform.
Notes: 12′ wide models are measured eave-to-eave, while other widths are measured wall-to-wall.

Custom orders: Delivered within 25–35 business days (6-8 weeks).
On-lot purchases: Delivered within 7–10 business days (1-3 weeks), weather permitting.

The email also includes your regional sales rep’s name and contact information, your dealer’s information, and the delivery driver’s name.
No special foundation is required, although gravel pads or concrete slabs are recommended for long-term stability.

We provide blocks up to 12″ for all buildings. If your chosen location is going to be more than 12″ for blocking, it is charged per layer, paid directly to the driver upon installation.
Our buildings are low-maintenance, but we recommend keeping vegetation trimmed around the base, Pressure Washing annually, and periodically checking for any settling of the foundation.
